The Church needs well-trained priests for her service to people and for the new evangelisation.
To contribute to this in the spirit of the 1990 Synod of Bishops (“The Formation of Priests in the Circumstances of the Present Day”) and of Saint Pope John Paul II (post-synodal apostolic exhortation “Pastores dabo vobis”, 1992), Priesterausbildungshilfe was founded in 1991.
The association pursues exclusively and directly charitable and ecclesiastical purposes within the meaning of the section “Tax-privileged purposes” of the German Fiscal Code.
